Diggy Simmons says that the chance to escorted Reginae Carter to her 12th birthday party in Altanta and then meet her father Lil Wayne for the first time was quite an experience. “Yeah, that was my first time meeting Weezy and it was amazing,” Diggy said. “I’m like the biggest, well not the biggest, Weezy fan, but a very big Lil Wayne fan.
